Rules of Engagement
New accounts require a $2,000 security deposit (cash or certified cheque) before orders will be processed and readied for pickup.
If your production requires a rider agreement, it must be submitted to us for review and approval a minimum of 30 days before your first order is scheduled.
All rentals are based on a 7-day period (minimum rental $50; no pro-ration for early returns).
Long term rentals are also available at a discounted rate when paid in full upfront.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to process orders.
Our props are not for sale. Damaged or lost merchandise must be replaced with identical or near-identical items, otherwise full retail value of the item + $250 per item sourcing fee will be applied to the final invoice (above & beyond the extended rental fees, if applicable).
All trucks must supply 2+ humans to load/offload order pickups & returns
